Heres the deal, If I win the powerball, I will buy the Freeze and let Joe, Scooter and Fridge run them. I will also dump a ton of money into the RiverRats and build a Dynasty Steinbrenner style.

But, no word on the 2008 season. Look into it as you will. It is not cupcakes and roses right now. That's about all I can divulge. And this isn't coming from the league...............

Joe, that was sarcasm.  Doesn't suprise me though, they've always seemed to be more in to promoting the Chillers than the Freeze. |

I laid out $20 in Powerball Tickets today!!! Hoping and prayin' for the best.
I saw that Shauna won the Miss Crawford County Title on the morning news, I think it was Tuesday. I sent her congratulatory comments from myself and the Fan Club to her MySpace page. She sent comments back to me. We were the first ones to regcoginize her for it. I think Christina caught on to it and made her comment and then sent it out for all of us to post on our respective pages on Friday. Kind of the same thing she did when the Cavs made the NBA Finals. The Times News caught on to Jenelle being a Cavalier Girl and former Chiller. They got in touch with Christina for her thoughts on a former Chiller being an NBA Cheerleader. Then all of a sudden they were promoting it for there own good.
The shame of it was Jenelle came into town to catch a Freeze game and see everybody again, and the Freeze barely took notice that she was even in the building. She even offered to put together a routine and perform with the Chillers that night. But unfortunately they didn't seem to interested and it didn't happen. A golden opportunity missed again.......?
It seems that they pick and choose what and when something is good for them to promote and let the opportunities that are right in front of them just pass them by.
Just like CelebrateErie this past weekend, We offered to do anything they wanted for them, and they didn't even return an email.
So many opportunities for this teams' promotion are passing us by, parades, fairs anything where a crowd is involved.
I've got people coming up to me asking whats' going on. I don't know what to tell them.
I had a local business man come up to me this week and he gave me his business and cel numbers because he wants to do something promotion and sponsorship wise with the Freeze. I don't even know if I should sent the info to them.
This is the worst kind of limbo to be put through, there are SO MANY positive things going on with the AIFA, and the worst days are behind us. We've got the BEST days staring right at us and instead it's very possible that this team is going to turn around and walk away from a bright and prosperous future.
I just hope that we hear some positive news from Mr. Morris after the owners meetings have concluded.
C'MON POWERBALL!!!!!!!! Scooter needs a football team!!!!!!!!!

Hold on here, a former chiller, now with the Cavs, wanted to put a special show on at a Freeze game and the ownership diden't want it??  You're right, there are so many blown oppurtunities for the Freeze to get free advertisement by going to these events and they choose not to. This ownership is a joke, please Hodas, if you don't care about the team then SELL IT!  |
