The paper reported 2,700 people at yesterdays game. I think that is good for a Sunday game. I wasn't sure how the Sunday game would go over. I thought a crowd of about 2,500 would show up.
I think they should get a good crowd for the Reading game which is on Friday 3/16. The Freeze REALLY need this game.

3/16 Reading - 1,500 (estimate)
I only have an estimate for this game, so I will estimate on the high-end. This estimate comes from people that attended the game as well as the reporter for the Time-News that wrote the post game article. I emailed him and asked him why there weren't any attendance numbers in the article like there is for every other game. He said the team didn't release a number, but he would estimate between 1,000- 1,500 fans. I'm sure they didn't want a turn out that bad reported. It wasn't their fault though. There was a family event going on at the Warner and a big snow storm that day that probably kept a lot of people home.

4/7 Huntington - 3,100
Only 3 more home games for Erie. I think these should have a good turn out. The rivalry with the Legends has only been amplified since the Cipra/Benjamin "trade". Dinkins comes back to Erie. The powerhouse Mud Cats will probably make a run for the championship and should be interesting to watch.

You're the one that said you weren't cheering. You're the one that said the offense sucks. You're the one saying their playoff hopes are gone. You're the one wondering why you took off work. What did I do besides support the Freeze? What are you smoking?

i think the next 3 games will be the most interesting even if they lose them all. Canton, Pittsburgh and Mississippi. canton should get a good crowd because of the trade, and Pittsburgh with dinkins should, and mississippi will because people will look at see oh this is the best team in the league i want to see what they look like.
BUT... the paper will have to have a large part in this as in the news because when people hear about dinkins returning or cantons playing they will show up

What did I do besides support the Freeze? What are you smoking? Assnoodle, Guess I striked a cord with you. Saying the offense sucks and playoff hopes are gone is nothing but the truth. Anyone who thinks the offense is the best and the playoffs are still possible are the ones smoking something. In case you missed my thread I posted Saturday night, I lost my voice cheering and I will be at the rest of the home games except for one. Unlike you mister jump off the wagon when things get rough. " What did I do besides support the Freeze? " What support? You do nothing but say bad things about them and then you go off and become a Canton fan. Do me a favor and ask Gene to change you're icon to a wagon, I think it fits you well. I will have nothing more to do with you.

What "bad things" did I say? I didn't say anything different than you did. Maybe you're the bandwagon fan? The Canton thing was a joke. You must be a riot at parties. Maybe I can sit next to you at the Canton game and see how a real fan is supposed to act. PLEASE!
