The website looks nice at least. The description of the league however, it is the same crap that every other league has shoved down our throats. At least the website does not look like this: pifl.sports.officelive.com/default.aspx

I do like the UIFL site. Hoping there will be expansions out near my way....

I know who is running it. And he is recruiting some die-hard fans from the AIFA(past and present). And there is some returning old teams which will make some people happy for football to return at these places.

If Haines is involved, we should be worried.

PIFL is a joke did anyone read the rules? UIFL has the same color scheme as the aifa do u think haines is trying to pull something? Also whatever happened to haines GPBL basketball league he tried to start? I'm not expecting any of these leagues to take off. Just too many indoor leagues all these leagues need to join forces then iindoor football will get the attention it deserve...

The GPBL begins play in April i believe. had a phone conversation with a rep from the UIFL. Heard alot of good things, delivering on those is another. I am optomistic though...

Haines is too busy with this: www.hainesforohio.com/I hope he doesn't go door to door. And if he does, I hope it's while I'm at work. That said...that sure does look like an AIFL-style site. Wouldn't shock me.

There are actually others involved as well, not just A.H. Some announcements coming out in the next few weeks Personally ive never had a falling out with Andrew over money or anything else so i have no issue with him. I also understand there are 2 sides to every story so at this point i cant judge anyone. In discussing the plans for the new league i'll just say that the owners will potentially save ALOT of money on anything from league dues to territory rights as well as travel. The fans will have more input too. Its kinda like taking all the indoor leagues concepts and improving them to make it affordable to the owners and fan friendly. Im actually excited to see this take off and hope it does well!

It was travel friendly blah blah blah. He'll try to get a team in Canton and probably Johnstown AGAIN. Then try to lure Erie in. Everything Haines has touched has turned in to a steaming pile. The GPBL will fail. And fail miserably.

Owners who sit on one teams bench and have influence over the game etc etc etc.
