Were's Bernie I would like to hear his take after seeing the tape. I just got back from the legends office and saw the tape there is now way anybody could think that was a catch, sorry to beat the dead horse but, I don't hold anything against reading its all the refs could you image if that was the play that causes you to lose a playoff game. Any way just wondering what Bernie thought

as of yet i have not seen the tape...i have spoke with bobby a few times about it...bottom line is i also had no control over the call...just as i had no control over coopers play...i still have no control over the 8 controversial calls in tallahassee...it's part of the game and you gotta deal with it...i have been on both sides of it this year...i still believe it(rdg.vs cntn) was one of if not the best games in the AIFA this season and you hate to see a game end the way it did...but the last minute was chock full of questionable calls, twists ,turns and excitement....in the words of dr.phil..ya gotta move on and let it go...just yankin ya a bit...hats off to canton for a great game

Yeah, i'll agree this was a great game. My first reaction was he dropped it but i really couldn't see. I sit next to the visiting team bench and they all thought he dropped it too. IT was a good game regardless of the bad officiating. I really hate the main ref aka "Luigi". Either way, most of the guys on the Legends were really cool and took the verbal abuse well during the game. And most gave back pretty good too. Well, except for the one guy. He tried to be witty by asking my buddy if he ever played an organized sport but, he didn't realize he did and coaches one. That was kinda weird, but most of them were good at jabbing back. The best is when my friend called a coach a "towel boy" because he was holding a towel. So the coach proceeds to shine his championship ring with the towel. That was priceless.

That was one of those crazy plays, he caught it then fell and it came free. I guess the ref figured that he had control long enough. No matter what, that was the best game I've seen and will see for a long time.

I was just saying it was one of those toss up calls the ref made, or he just didn't want the crowd to ride him again.

I was just saying it was one of those toss up calls the ref made, or he just didn't want the crowd to ride him again. LOL, these Canton fans are whining as bad as Cowboys fans do. Notice how they never mention the alleged Cooper fumble that led to a TD for them. An absolute blown call. In their minds it came down to this one single play. Take both plays away and we still win by a TD. Enough with the boo hooing already. We all heard ya's the 1st 500 times..........

I'll I've done was state the facts, if people want to call me whining they should read the whole thread I stated that with your kicker you probably would of won the game with a FG. If that whining then Boo Hoo on me. My whole point on this is the refs blew the call just like you feel they did on the fumble. In my mind 2 bad calls don't make it right and I hate to see games lost on bad calls I don't care who wins or loses if it on a bad call it hurts the league
But since so many people think I'm whining about it this is my last post on this thread.
ps I only have the upmost respect for the Express and Bernie my posts were never meant to be a knock on your organization

My thought after the UNO was missed on the kickoff was that the Cosmetic would put a FG through and we'd lose by 3 just like we did at Lakeland.
The TD was the worst call in the history of sports. But, it's over now and maybe "Jerry" will be in Reading for the championship game.
