That’s the philosophy Johnstown first-year coach Steven. G. Folmar took after the Riverhawks’ 60-46 loss to Canton on Friday night in the American Indoor Football Association opener at Cambria County War Memorial Arena.

“We’re going to have to take a long, critical look at some of the guys,” Folmar said. “I’ve got to give our guys a lot of credit, though. They’ve got a lot of heart. They never gave up and stayed in it. But there’s some things we have to iron out.”

I have to say, that Riverhawks helmet is pretty cool with the wings on it. Was it like that last year?

As far as I remember, it was the 'Hawks primary logo last season.

Good to see new uni's for both teams, and they had the new AIFA ball. Get that AIFA-TV thing straightened out though...

wings are diff. from last year..i like. cantons jerseys last year i went canton and all there numbers fell off.

Early in the season that was an issue in Canton. However, later on we got real jerseys and the issue was resolved.

I really like the Riverhawks uniform though. Very sharp.

Definantly. It's about as good as the inaugural season
