I picked LSU in a Bowl Pick'Em so I hope they win. Although I wouldn't mind Ohio State winning some respect for the Big Ten tonight.

originally I thought this was going to be a close one, but wow, ohio TD on first possession then LSU screwing up their first possession. Looks to me like another blow-out in the making! Boy I hope so.

OSU had the "best" defense right? They did, against Youngstown State., Akron, Kent state, and the Western Ohio School for blind Auto Diesel Mechanics....

Ohio State goes to USC next year, so at least people won't complain that there were no Big Ten teams who played anyone good like they did this year (and rightfully so).

This was one year in a long string without a major team. Back when the schedule was determined, Washington wasn't that bad. It wsa a gap year between the Texas deal and the USC deal. In the near future we also deals with Oklahoma and Miami [FL].
Everyone wants to crack on the Akron, Kent State, and YSU games, yet LSU played one big conference team and three locals: Virginia Tech, Middle Tennessee State (big opponent there), Louisiana Tech (haven't been good since Bradshaw left), and Tulane (annual whipping boy).
Nobody knows years in advance when the schedules are made who will be good three, four, five, or six years down the road. Who knows, maybe by the time OSU plays Miami, Miami worse than Florida Atlantic, maybe they'll be the best team in the country.
