Just so all of you can sleep safely, the local authorities are aware that it's Joes' 40th Birthday. They have taken the following appropriate measures to secure the safety of Citizens of Erie.
1. All the local nursing homes are on lock down until Monday.
2. The Zoo has been closed for winter.
3. The "Watering Holes" shelves are restocked.
4. Local Churches are holding all day prayer sessions.
5. Citizens have been warned to keep their pets indoors.
6. Local Colleges are holding all events inside today.
7. Our local Coast Guard Station is patrolling the Lake Erie Shoreline.
8. Steeler QB "Big Ben" has been told not to play in todays' game.
