ESPN Fantasy Football Keepers League - Opening

I have been running my Fantasy Football Keepers League for 3 full seasons now and am about to enter Season #4 this fall. Seeing as how very few leagues (even mine) get 100% of their players to return from year to year, I figured that I would start a waiting list of sorts to potentially replace non-returning managers.

There will be up to 4 spots available, though only 1 or 2 (if any) will most likely be available once a reasonable amount of time has passed for registration. The league has been hosted on the Yahoo! Fantasy Football site for the first 3 seasons, and has moved to ESPN.com Fantasy Football starting with this season. A basic run-down of the rules is as follows:
-Points-based league (most points at season's end win, no playoffs)
-19 man active roster (plus 1 IR slot)
-19 players kept year to year
-Yearly Rookie Draft with unlimited picks (must drop 1 player from active roster to attain a pick, 2 to attain two picks, etc etc etc)
-Start QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, TE, WR/RB, K, TEAM DEF
-Teams potentially available finished (of 12) 9th, 10th, 2nd, 5th, ranked in order of likelihood of availablitly
