Mincy accounts for 9 tds as Cincinnati claims titleFT. MYERS, FL – Back-up quarterback Nez Mincy accounted for nine touchdowns as the Cincinnati Commandos claimed the 2012 Ultimate Bowl II, presented by Trophy Awards, with the 62-44 victory over the Florida Tarpons Monday at the Germain Arena. Four of Mincy’s eight touchdowns went to Brandon Boehm, who finished with five catches for 60 yards to go along with his touchdowns. Phillip Barnett and Mack Ogletree added two scoring receptions each for the Commandos. After the Tarpons cut the Cincinnati lead to just five points with 11:59 left in the fourth quarter, it was the Mincy to Boehm connection two-minutes later that gave the Commandos the much needed breathing room. Carlos Singleton helped keep Florida in striking distance as the 6-7 receiver recorded nine catches for 118 yards and three touchdowns. Chris Wallace finished the game 22-of-42 for 241 yards, five touchdowns and one interception. He was sacked five times. The win give Cincinnati its third league championship in three years, while Florida suffers its first loss of the season. uiflfootball.com/mincy-accounts-for-nine-touchdowns-as-cincinnati-claims-title/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=mincy-accounts-for-nine-touchdowns-as-cincinnati-claims-titleAttachments:
