I just want to give some big KUDOS to the 9 Knights that made the trip to Washington and played the Venom the way the game used to be played. Unfortuneatly you get the results that they got last night by doing so. Having players play both ways this day in age against specialized teams and players is as archaic as fighting in rank and file British style against today's urban warfare trained forces. There was understandably no other choice in this case though. The 9 that made the trip were brave and got the opportunity to do what every little boy wishes he will do and what most every grown wishes he DID do. Yes, they're fill ins, but they showed up and played. Ogden needs to recruit 9 individuals from each area they go on the road to and just suit then up when they get there; ZERO travel costs. I'm a GENIUS!

Amazing to think no one is able to be contacted within the AIFA to address the issue or answer questions but rest assured if you inquired about an expansion franchise you'd be getting a call directly from league ownership. Why not just address it rather than act like there isnt an issue? Just another major turnoff from a fans perspective.

It's almost like they learned from Haines and Shiver how to do things!
