Man I guess you guys arent hearing, this is not the same group of players from years past so what do they have to do with 4-32? Look at the Saints of the past few years, you cant fault them for the team being God awful for the past 25 years bc that was a different group of guys. These guys had zero part in 30 of those losses so how can you hold it against them. Exit what do you know about any of the players on this years team?

Again, i'll bet you $100 they win 4 or less games. Surely your confidence in this new group of guys will help you accept a friendly wager

Revolution players that have statistics that were on past teams that went 4-30 in the CIFL:
Mike Merritt Collis Martin Elliot White Zikoma Richards Andrew Nelson Ray Simmons Gabe Robinson Sharik Carter A Billington Mike Pielech
These, of course, are just the ones I remember being there off-hand (helped by the CIFL for Tecmo rom that I've been playing more as of late). Far too many players from a 4-30 team to declare them anything close to a title contender.
And as the first two losses have shown (though the one in Richmond was better)...we're still there.
It doesn't take an intricate knowledge of football to see that while the people with the Revs are good people that I respect, the team's simply not that good.

Okay, this has been the most screwed up first month of a season I've seen in awhile.

whats goin on everyone, dont think im ducking yous I just been busy ha. Hey im a man I can admit when im wrong and I guess to this point ive been wrong. Tell ya what I saw the game on tv and it was a massacre, I cant understand how anyone beat these guys 59-0, anyone know if it was the same guys playin both weeks? The Fayetteville D-Line were a bunch of animals, As good as these skill players may be it does us no good if the O-line is being obliterated. (I think there was 8 recorded sacks not to mention when the qb was running for his life getting tackled outside the pocket) and the db's look like they have cement in their turf shoes. So today I have no choice but to secede and admit we are apparantly a long way away. I am by no means turning my back on these guys, simply coming to grips with the fact that I underestimated what they were getting themselves into. Guess thats what happens when ya go to practice and just watch the Wr and Db's the whole time huh? Feel free to dig in, hopefully soon ill have some ammo to come back with

But i find it hard to believe they get blown out that bad and then improve that much within a week. Stick with the team, maybe they'll get a few wins later this season. But its obvious they need to make adjustments, its beyond more practice.

Hang in there revit. Bad teams can turn it around from one year to the next. This season may be a rough one, but next year, if your team is still around, hopefully you see improvement. My team went 4 and 10 in their first season. 9 and 4 last year and so far are undefeated.

The Revs aren't going to improve on the field. That's just not how they do things. Remember, this is a team in its fourth professional season. WYSIWYG.
