They should consider one. Its a little extra revenue and with that you can get the players some of the extras they might need. All thats needed is someone trusted and reliable to run it. Not any burden on the front office either in time or money.
Gene, I'm working on putting one in place :-) I'm going to get it set up and then present it to the GM hahaha. I usually end up getting my way anyway, so hopefully we'll end up having one before too long. :smileycolts:
