Is Davis getting too old to run the Raiders in a way that isnt detrimental to the franchise?

He kind of has been too old to run the raiders for a while. Some people hate him a lot... I don't hate him too much. If Oakland still sucks in 2009, then I will hope he steps down.

Too old, who knows. I just know alot of bad decisions come out of the organization as a whole. Whomever is responsible for that should be let go.

If it weren't for the Bills over 40 years ago the Raiders would be extinct right now as we speak. Al Davis should have let things go a long time ago and the past few years have nothing to with it. So what if he got lucky, he's had good players and coaches through the years that have made them successful. He seems to do everything in his power to destroy a good thing
