Fanclub pages on aifafans.com

As a way for fanclubs to promote themselves. I've come up with the idea to have individual pages for each fanclub on aifafans.com.

All I need is:

-A logo to create a banner
-Location
-Team Affiliation
-Purpose or Mission Statement. Just an explanation of what you do for the team/fans, etc.

Contact information
-Name
-Rank (President, Treasurer, etc.)
-email

Announcements

-If you have events coming up you would like to promote, etc.
