Good news and bad news. Good news is I found a full time job in my field in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Bad news is I won't be able to go cheer on my Erie Riverrats. : ( I'll still be cheering for them down south though. This Friday is more then likly the last game I'll be able to attend. I won't be moving till June but I have lots to do in the meantime.
Besides the TN valley vipers, does anyone know of any other indoor football team around this area?

242mi to Tupelo is the closest indoor team. And other than the mentioned TV Vipers, there's also the Louisville Fire 207 mi up I-65.
With Birmingham done, TV lost their biggest rival. Louisville still can draw 10k+ to games at Freedom Hall.
Sadly, Knoxville (Tennessee ThunderCats & Tennessee RiverHawks {who moved to Greenville, SC and then to Johnstown, PA}), Chattanooga (Tennessee RiverSharks), DeSoto County, MS (Memphis Xplorers) and Nashville (Nashville Kats) have all lost teams and probably not in line to get new ones anytime soon.
Good news with Murfreesboro if you like college football or high school football. Middle Tennessee plays college ball there, as does the Tennessee High School state championships.

If you ever have time come to Tupelo. You can cheer on the Mudcats (unless thier playin' Erie I guess) after visiting Elvis's birthplace.
