#44 for Huntington also had to be held back. I think one of the Express players may have laid a cheap shot on him during the game. He went down holding his knee but eventually came back in. I didn't see the play though and don't exactly know what happened. Just an observation by his attitude.

He was kind of funny. I yelled at them telling 'em that we were looking for payback and he looked confused. I said well half of your team is Lakeland and then he laughed.
He also started yelling at some of his team to stop fighting because he was there to play football. Then he started going at it with Sarge and Fox. I then repeated what he said about playing football and not fighting. He came back with he has three kids that play football and that his 5 yr. old is almost 6'. I pitty the woman that had to carry around a baby that big, LoL.

well that was not what any of us(me or teddy) wanted to see on the field...ronnie got caught retailiating and i did not see #5 kick ronnie in the face while he was down until i saw the replay on the board....under no circumstance is that acceptable and i am sure there will be lg. reprocssions for that.....it was a very entertaining game and i am very proud of my young team and our fans were amazing last night, the noise level was incredible...and teddy and his crew really were outstanding to work with (you guys don't see that part) he's a great coach and his staff was nothing less than gentlemen all day and night long...my congrats to them

Most of the team was really cool. We always go back and forth with the players and always shake their hands after every game. I was only really upset with the way #5 handled his situation. I think that the coaches and the rest of the team handled things very professionally.

Craig Chisolm would be the guilty party for the Heroes. This was his first game dressing for the Heroes this year, so that may be why he didn't have a name on his Jersey? I'm not sure. It was pretty classless on his end though.

On that return I did see a Reading "takedown" (I think Sargent was involved) but don't recall if #5 was the player he was engaged with or not. Nor can I say that's what sparked the Malay.

Good question....I'd ask but it would take the front office a month to figure it out....

The reason i brought up the whole nameless jerseys thing was that i was asked several times by various fans who this player was or who that one was. Since alot of the Heroes players came from Lakeland some fans wanted to know who was who. Not everyone had a program with that info either. Why i dont know. Maybe they just never picked one up at the entrance...

Also Gene, as I mentioned in the other thread, the programs only had Huntington's names & positions, no numbers. So was it Reading job to have that or Huntington's to provide that for Reading?

Okay, names on Jerseys... Our first away game may have something to do with it. But they are on our home jerseys. As for a roster? The front office hasn't done that yet, but we fans have! You can see the monst accurate roster on heroesfans.com or myspace.com/heroesfootball I will work on getting the full roster up before the rie game for you guys.
Also for half our teram being from Lakeland... we have four on the roster from Lakeland. We have more Gaurd players than we do Thunderbolts!
