The Augusta Colts signed FB/LB Willie Butler (35) this afternoon. Butler played for the WIFL indoor football championship Augusta Spartans in 2007; carrying the ball 65 times for a total of 229 yds and 7 TDs. Butler graduated from South Carolina State University in 2005 and from Midland Valley High School in 2000. He currently works at Jim Hannah Sportswear in Aiken, SC and was a part time coach at his alma mater, Midland Valley H.S. last season.
