The Mississippi Mudcats announced the signing of 6'1", 195-pound receiver Joel Babb on Thursday.
Babb, along with current Mudcats quarterback Tommy Jones, led the Odessa Roughnecks to the 2006 IFL title.
The Mudcats (5-0) are the only unbeaten team in the AIFA and host Florence Saturday at 8:30 pm.
