You mean there's two teams in Illinois, and would make it as eachother's closest rivals, but then only play once?
Sheer idiocy.

See you February 17 (my birthday) at the Tullio Arena for the season opener, sweet!
(By the way, a deadly two-week bye in March and Springfield only once for you guys, wtf?)

Did the "A" decide to push back the start of the season or do the Demo's wait two weeks to kick off?

I know they're in seperate divisions. Which is crazy in its own right. But considering there's two cross-divisional games, and the fact they won't have balanced schedules (teams end up playing different opponents), why not just have Danville and Springfield have a home-and-away as their two cross-divisional games.

Sykotyk That would be the common sense approach... Hey it could be worse, we could have a team in Alaska...

Rumor is that the league is going to get two Alaska teams, the Juneau Jazz and the Fairbanks Freeze. Fairbanks will fill up the North Division while Juneau will round out the South Division at 8 teams. The two teams will play once a year; they can't play twice because they are in different divisions. Fairbanks main rival will be Danville and Juneau's will be Springfield, because those are the 2 closest teams in their divisions. Also, Fairbanks and Erie will have a lawsuit to decide who keeps the name, the other will go by "Football". Only in indoor football.

The season is still kicking off the first week of February. Danville does have two open weeks to start the season. They will be filled most likey with a home and away game against springfield. Springfield volunteered to be in the Southern division. They will be assisted with travel expenses.
