We are holding our 1st annual REBC Hoagie sale starting this week. The sale will run from Wednesday February 27th - Monday March 25th at which time ALL sales slips and monies must be returned to me. I will then pick up the sandwiches on Thursday April 3rd and drop them off to all the sellers so they can distribute them before the weekend. We are awarding prizes to the top sellers as listed below:
1st prize: FREE $15 REBC Membership/ Includes FREE Club Shirt & $20 Walmart Gift card ($35 value)
2nd Prize: FREE $15 REBC membership / Includes FREE Club shirt $ $10 Walmart Gift card ($25 value)
3rd Prize: FREE $15 REBC membership / Includes FREE Club shirt
I am using Moyers catering in Boyertown. Our hoagies will sell for $4.75 per 10" hoagie. Included in the menu will be Italian & Ham hoagies with a choice of onions/no onions and you can also include pepper packs which is hoagie spread in a 3 oz plastic cup. I am told the spread is NOT hot but a bit stronger than mild.
These rules apply: If you are an existing member & win 1st, 2nd or 3rd prize you can give this membership to someone else or keep it for yourself and apply it to a 2009 Membership. You are responsible for taking the orders,collecting the money, making yourself available to transfer monies and completed orders to me & delivering the sandwiches after i drop them off to you and you MUST sell a minimum of 20 hoagies to qualify for a prize. All sellers who sell atleast 20 hoagies but dont place in the Top 3 positions will receive a FREE REBC T-Shirt.
My goal is to sell a minimum of 200 hoagies total. We get atleast $2 for every one we sell and some of that will go to snack money for the players among other things. Anyone who wants to help out reply back and i'll go over all the details with you. I have included a flyer below with my cell number.
