Quakertown, PA..9/13/2007
The Outlawz held a press Conference today at TGI Friday's in Quakertown to announce the hiring of Head Coach Greg Justice.
Greg comes to the Outlawz by way of the University of Delaware and has playing experience as an Offensive Lineman in NFL camps, the CFL and AFL. Last season, he was with the Austin Wranglers and Columbus Destroyers. His full bio will be posted shortly. "Our emphasis this season will be on improving our defense and our offensive line. I felt good about our skill positions and offense. In fact, as we ended the 2007 season under Joe DeLuise, I felt that we could move the ball at will against any team we played. But, Joe was under too much pressure and we allowed way too many sacks", said owner Jim DePaul, "Justice will certainly help us make the needed improvements. After interviewing several prospects, DePaul felt that Justice was the right man for the job. The salary package, with incentives, will make Justice in the highest paid coach in Minor league indoor football and should keep him in the Lehigh Valley for many years.
