I just wanted to thank the team, players, ownership, fans, and everyone involved with the Reading Express for a wonderful year.
I can think of nothing I liked better the past 3-4 months than attending the games I did. I was able to bring 1 or both of my 4 year old and 6 year old daughters to each game, they had fun. I could even see my older child starting to follow the game, and it made a much more enjoyable time.
Here's to a great year, and looking forward to years to come!

I have to be the second to congradulate the Express Organization on the fine season they had. There is nothing to hang your heads on. You guys fought to the very end even when you guys got down. The fans appreciate everything you did. For those of you who won't be back next year, Good luck in what it is you are moving on to. For those who will be back next year, I will be there for every game to support you guys through it all. Still

The preparation at the league level for 2008 should be beginning now...or tomorrow, at the latest.

The preparation at the league level for 2008 should be beginning now...or tomorrow, at the latest. Is there ever enough time? February will be here before we know it. I hope the league takes our input seriously and adjusts for next season. The big issues need to be addressed promptly.

Congrats to the Express on a fine season!!!!! And a big thanks for "adopting" us for the Championship Weekend!!! We said going down that we were rooting for the North whoever it might be. GO NORTH OR GO HOME! The Express Org., players and fans treated us a one of their own. We cheered alongside them all weekend and we got one of our two victories. The North All Stars prevailed and the Express fell just short. But the way we were embraced by EVERYONE with the Express was what was so great. Walking into that hotel lobby after the game filled with Express Fans, Steam Team Members and other members of the Express family, their trophies sitting on the table as you walked in surrounded by champange bottles. And then they yell out Erie Fans and they all cheer for us. Well I can say that was so touching. And standing with all of you cheering for the players and coaches as they filed in was amazing! When Greg Justice came up and made his speech, I got tears in my eyes! What an emotional night, and I was honored to be invited to share in the experience with you. THANKS AGAIN! And KUDOS to a TREMENDOUS 2007!!!!!!!!

It's been said many times, by many different people. Such a class act. It was definately an honor to be apart of it. Touching and emotional are the only words to describe it. Watching the players toss the owner, his wife, and Bernie in the pool was a classic. Talking to some of the players afterwards was a treat. Vogel atleast had the decency to ask if I had a cell phone on me, before he tossed me into the pool. Just a few points short on a great season. But, it will give you guys something to strive for. Congrats to the Northern Division Champs! You guys represented the North well. Joe

Adam Vogel asked me if i had my cell and i said heck no, i took everything out of my pockets just in case, afterwich i was on my way to the bottom of the pool. Kristi got thrown in too and i thought that was hilarious. She did too once she resurfaced and caught her breath.

Joe and Scooter, it was great to see you guys support us . I had a lot of fun with you both along with Gene and the rest of the Express fans. We definitely have the best fans in the league. I also want to thank you for putting so much time in to this web site with Gene and everyone else involved. It was very uplifting to have everyone in the lobby when we returned from the game I really needed that. Again thanks for everything you do.
