Ok Members,
I believe i have the best deal that i am gonna get here. If your in we have to move quickly. We still need a good 20 people or so. Lifestyle has quoted me a price of just under $3,000.00 for a 47 passenger bus. That will include leaving Friday morning, around 6-7am and you'll get down to Florence by 4-5pm in time to check in to a hotel and go to the All-Star game, if you choose. That roughly comes out to $63.00 per person. That price doesnt include your hotel room or game tickets, you'll be responsible for those. Nor does it include getting around down there either. You'll have to pay for taxi service to go back & forth betwen the arena and your hotel or where ever. I have previously sent you all a packet via email that has the hotels listed on there with special AIFA rates. I would suggest you all agree on the same hotel. Might i suggest Wingate on Lucas St. They only charge $59 per night.
I would say we have till the end of the week, maybe into next week to get this booked and reserve a bus.
Also, i was asked a question by another member that if the Express dont make it to the Championship game then can he get a refund. My answer to that is only pay for a seat if you plan on going down regardless. It would'nt be fair to those other members who are going down either way if we had to cancel the bus trip due to lack of interest.

At $63 I'll probably go no matter what. I'll try to get the word out about it.
You should check if you can get them to make an announcement a couple times during the next game.
It would be better to get erveryone in the same hotel, then we can use the bus to transport to the games.

With summer here buses get chartered out alot more. The guy there told me that he couldnt guarantee a bus unless we knew for sure sometime this week or early next. I will work on the announcements just in case though. In regards to the bus transporting people from the hotel to the game they will add more $$$$$ onto that final price. Not sure how much as we didnt discuss it. I figured that anyone taking the bus should stay at the Holiday Inn down there right next to the arena. It appears that its within walking distance so no transport would be necessary. That hotel is charging $79 per night.
