That's probably good thing to do, the Royals or locked out of the arena for the first month of the season because of everything booked already for Sep/Oct.

Dont forget the new basketball team, The Reading Railers, who are scheduled to start playing there in October too. Now we have 3 major sports team in that arena. The Royals will play 36 home game from October-April and then the Railers will be playing around 18 in that same time period. Hopefully all 3 teams get favorable home dates that suit all their respective fans.....

The Royals always get the good dates, they only had about 4 weekday home games. The Railers are going to probably get last pick on dates.
