I have bought my tickets for this game. I am taking the hour and a half drive to root for the Blackbirds. I will be in section 106 row B. I bought the tickets on ticketmaster on Friday the 23rd. The sweet thing was, I was able to print my tickets off immediately. They sent me an e-mail with a .pdf file and all I had to do was click print. The fastest and easiest way to get your tickets... and the cheapest too. I only had to pay a dollar and some change instead of ticketmaster.com's shipping fees. EDIT: The dollar and change I was referring to is the cost of the processing fee, not the cost of the tickets. I bought six tickets all in section 106. Please be gentle, express fans.

C-ya there, Dave! I hope to get down to the Baltimore Arena for a 'Birds game this year. Balto fans are great when they have a team to root for!

C-ya there, Dave! I hope to get down to the Baltimore Arena for a 'Birds game this year. Balto fans are great when they have a team to root for! Look me up when ya get in town. I will be buying my season tickets this week when they go on sale (pre-sale for the Nest members). We now have five home games. This helps out a lot in securing some longevity in the league. The original 2 home games had me worried. Until then... see ya when see ya (which will probably be on the 10th)! Which section do you sit in? ...maybe I will stop by and say hi.

Excerpt from game story in today's Reading Eagle. 2,000 fans for a home opener? Not good. Last year, there was over 4,000+. Hopefully it was just due to the weather and a Sunday game. Next home game should be a telling sign.........

and the in house number was just under 2700....from what i see most teams would be excited with those numbers....i'm optimistic, but for what could have been, sunday was not a bad start...but we will work effortlessly to raise those numbers and gene if you recall last years 4600 opening number was also the result of "lets print out 1500 free tickets and give um away to make the arena look good" a common practice last year....

Good Luck with it all ......
