I also added a script where you can rate other board members. You'll notice in members profiles there are 2 lines. 1 says "Member Rating" which has a number in it, and, below that on the 2nd line it says [Positive][Negative]. Simply click on the rating of your choice. Be advised that once you rate a member that the system takes an hour or so to refresh so you wont be able to rate any other members during that time.

Never had and still don't like member ratings. The main reason for member ratings is so we can see who is contributing in a positive way rather than a negative one. I do not encourage members to give other members negative ratings simply because they dont like them or the team they support or if there is a disagreement between them. If used responsibly it can be a fun and useful tool. If there is a misuse of it we will look into it and if needed it will be removed.........

I'm a moderator for a Steelers fan site and we have had MAJOR problems with the negative rep. People just abused it so we turned off the negative and just made it possible to just make it a positive rep.
