Uh, either you need a new camera....or Picman needs to give you some lessons on taking photos, haha. The last 4 aren't bad, though.

F-stops are your friend. Hey it's just nice to see pictures. Thanks Scott and Joe
It looks like the top pictures were done with an 35mm camera and the other ones with a digital camera. Am i right?

The biggest problem is the lighting in these areanas, I use my f2.8 70-200mm lense and crank my iso up to 3200 it get enough light. I know some of the other photographers for teams use a flash to help, but I don't like to interfer with the players.

All done with a digital. Top four pics were way darker. I lightened them up. Plus it was far away and the lighting there sucks.
