Tommorows game will not be on AIFA-TV. Reason being, Utah didn't send it's converter to the Civic Center. So, unless we have some kind of webcast or radio pop up at the game. I'll be making phone calls to keep everyone up to speed on the game. Unless Fridge brings his fancy dohickey phone puter and does it.

It's SCN's fault? It's Feb. 16th, two and a half months after this deal was announced, and teams don't have the equipment?
Sheesh...

It's not OUR fault EITHER! If they don't send it to us, what are we supposed to do? Like drive out to Utah and demand the equipment!?!?!?! Another one pointing a finger at us!?!?!?!?! SHEESH! Tell us, What's it like to be as PERFECT AS YOU !?!?!?!?!

Tell us, What's it like to be as PERFECT AS YOU !?!?!?!?! Sheesh, check your CAPS LOCK Blurr. Here is the point I will make ... we've known the Freeze home opener would be February 17th for how long now? Should SCN have sent the equipment and should it have been sent well before the game? Yes However, I also place some blame on teams that don't follow up. Whether the Freeze did make calls, etc. I don't know. Bottom line here is bottom line with everything else in this league...wait until the last minute and hope it works out. And it didn't thanks to a snow storm and a lack of proactive thinking.

Well, considering I just drove through Utah less than a month ago,... SOMEBODY could've let me know. I'd been happy to act as a courier.
Oh well.

There ya go Scooter... taking things personal again. I wasn't taking shots at the Freeze, I was taking a shot at SCN.
All along, it has appeared that it's been the team's (or their arena's) fault that AIFA-TV didn't work. No one else said their box showed up late... but if it did, and they really didn't have time to set up properly, then we should rethink our opinions about the whole thing...
Sheesh...

Yeah Scoot, I don't see anybody putting any blame on the Freeze organization anywhere in this thread. Maybe you made an assumption or misread, but I'm pretty sure the consensus was that SCN screwed this up.

Pointing the finger isn't going to solve anything. If the converter was supposed to be sent out then SCN dropped the ball. But, with any good business, the management team should check to mitigate any risk of failure.

I did ask about this specific subject in the Freeze office after tonights' game and the equipment would have been sent to the local broadcasting network,( Image Sports here ) or to the Tullio Arena. I don't believe it's the teams responsibility to make sure either of those entities received it. I think that would be the responsibility of the AIFA AND AIFATV. I was also assured by two individuals last week in Canton as I watched them set up the game graphics on a laptop set up on our training table at our bench, that ALL the bugs had been worked out and we would see a flawless broadcast of the Legends / Freeze game. That didn't happen either. SHEESH!

I said if other teams were having problems with getting the box, then we should rethink our scorn and focus it on SCN, not the AIFA and it's teams. Take a deeeeep breath.... ok, exhale....
