If anyone from the Reading or surrounding areas would like to come out to the Fairground Mall this Saturday 12/2 anywhere from 10am-3pm i will be running a booth for Keystone Soldiers. The booth will most likely be located in the mall entrance of Boscovs. Our mission is to collect Christmas cards for our troops overseas. There is no cost. Simply fill out a card and we will handle the rest. I believe you can make donations but they are strictly voluntary and not required to sign a card.
Also, since i am representing the Outlawz Fanclub feel free to ask me any questions about the Lehigh Valley Outlawz organization/fanclub and i'll answer them as best i can. I am running the official fanclub for them and things are really kicking into high gear now as this is the busy offseason for us fanclubbers. Be sure to ask me about the "NEW" car giveaway for 2007. Tickets for the car will sell for $1 per and you can buy as many as you like. We have a ton of other things in developement too. Stay tuned for future announcements concerning the Outlawz Fanclub as well as the launch of the main site scheduled to be online in the next week or so.
I hope you all come out to sign a card for the troops. It would mean alot to all of them who will be spending the Christmas season overseas unselfishly protecting our freedoms..........

Thanks Fridge. Everyone is a winner here. We will also be doing a similar thing in February for Valentines Day cards. Last year i had some girls from the Steam Team there and they helped get people to sign cards for the troops. This year, now that i am with the Outlawz, i am working on getting a few Lady Outlawz there to do the same thing. The captain of the Lady Outlawz lives in Reading and she seemed to take an interest in it when i mentioned it to her. On top of that we can do more promotion for the Outlawz. Since all our home games are gonna be on local TV and will be professionally shot with 8 camera angles and all our games will be on local radio as well as internet stream every little bit helps. I had a handful of people from the Reading area email me and they said they'd stop up at the booth this Saturday. Our attendance is already growing and the season hasnt even started.

There is a correction here in that i will now be at Boscovs East in Mt Penn instead of the Fairgrounds Mall. The hours are still 10am-3pm on Saturday 12/2. My table will be located in the Mens Dept near the stairs.......

Thanks to all the local football fans here in Reading for coming out to support our troops. I was able to raise a a good amount of money to help defray the cost of shipping care packages over to Iraq and got over 100 cards signed. Special thanks go out to the girl scouts too for all their help and contributions. As for you Reading fans i look forward to seeing you up at Lehigh in 2007. We appreciate your interest in the Outlawz organization and i am working on that ticket info and special pricing for ya............

Not to start an arguement, but why not post this on the CIFL website? FYI...this is the AIFA website!

Not to start an arguement, but why not post this on the CIFL website? FYI...this is the AIFA website! Simple. How many Reading fans are on the CIFL board, compared to the ones in the area that visit this board? It only made sense to post it here. I have received several emails from fans here in the area about what was going on with the shutting down of the EFC and some of them came up to see me Saturday for additional info on the Outlawz. On top of that this board is made up of a variety of fans, some from different leagues. I am also more than well aware of the purpose of this board too as i am one of the owners of it so an explanation as to what the purpose of this board is from a newbie such as yourself isnt necessary........

Great to see the maturity level here also. Thanks for the name calling. As an "owner" of a FAN website you think you would have a little bit more maturity. Grow up!

expressgirl, it's like this. Your first post shouldn't be blasting another board member or just negative in general. You'll need to post more than 2 times for anyone to take you seriously.

I must of missed something. And yeah, you might want to post a bit before you call a long standing board member out here. Were all friendly here and if you cant adjust i encourage you to move on. Otherwise, since your team is in this league it may behoov you to post about the league and its issues and improvement rather than a topic that really doesnt concern you. My thread here was for the Reading fans as well as others that are on this board who i am in contact with via email and pm........

She/he came out of the gate a bit cockeyed............ ;D

Rat? Another name...And I am a TRUE Express fan. But apparently I am not allowed to express MY opinions on a "message board". I see I am dealing with boys and not men on this website! If my opinions aren't yours we get bashed here.
