Sorry missed this news tidbit. But it's good to know that Slappy is still alive. Contrary to the Picman assasination attempt. lol
Slappy, the Canton Legends mascot, will be presenting the Slappy for Christmas event on Saturday, December 23, 2006. The event will last from 9:00am - 12:00pm at the Babe Stern Center in Canton. Slappy will be handing out candy canes to area children to help jumpstart the holidays and build awareness of the upcoming season.
