Well, I always announce when I move up the ladder here on the Board, and this is moving way up! I started off like most of you, with zero posts. Then I gradually moved up to 2nd string and then starter. On my way up to Hall of Fame Status though, is when this great feat happened. I skipped the Hall of Fame Status and restarted back at Rookie! Now that is awesome! Have any of you been able to do that? I think not! I accept my  and say to my naysayers  and since this is popular too  |

And finally who determines what should be kept quiet? I know the truth, no matter how much it hurts, must be told. Not that I am trying to be a butt Gene, but you now what I mean. All of this because of a fan club logo too!
I feel like DaytonaDan, hung to dry in the shooting range by the powers that be on the board!
Also, hits the ignore button on robert again!

Most importantly, this wasnt over a fan club logo. The one slocoma presented was a "non" fan club logo. Remember, the origin of the thread was to come up with a new logo for the official fan club of the Erie Riverrats. Slocoma wanted to put that logo on shirts to sell to put money in his own pocket. I personally didnt have a problem with it but i did think it was wrong to have some design elements that the official fan club was gonna use. As Joe stated elsewhere, we got in trouble posting a link to a store at cafepress where we just mocked up stuff to see how our own AIFAFANS logo looked on certain things. Believe me, i was pissed when i got the call and to a degree i still disagree with the league about it. Anyway, Joe got his a$$ reamed out then Joe called me to pass on that reaming.
I was unaware that daytonadan was hung out to dry here?
I do know what you mean though. Sometimes its hard to win. I too have lost my share of battles. Hang in there. It'll get better.... |

I understand, what if he was selling them at cost then? I know I had shirts up on zazzle, but don't make but 3.1 some odd cents, and so in effect it loses money. Would they disagree with that? I mean from a team standpoint I dont think they'd care (free advertising) , from AIFA standpoint I can see them upset about possible royalty monies though, so you're right on that.
Anyway, I just can't wait for the season to get underway and get into some real trouble. LOL, jk

I've heard of those ... cigarettes you can smoke in church... Yea, you can get them at most any convenience store. You do have to know the secret password to get them, but that's not big deal. Just pm Joe and he'll give it to you. |

Sometimes people forget who are the guests and who are the hosts. If you cant follow the rules of the board, start your own board. Its a big web, kick out a few dollars, get a domain and you can say whatever the hell you want. Until then, you play by the rules posted buy the people who take the time and expense to provide this.
