No word yet on the details. That information will be forthcoming probably by the end of the week. I can't wait to ear the details. So many things happening in the league as of late. Hurry up with the news please, Mr. Morris and Mr. Mink. Those guys know how to get the fans worked up and hungry for more.

I hate to be the Debbie Downer here, but I have a sneaking suspicion that we won't be seeing the AIFA on television any time soon. Maybe in Puerto Rico and Alaska, but not in Fayetteville, Erie, Florence, etc.

And why do you believe this? Speculation does no good. Lets just wait for the official word.

If you're looking for a national network contract (TNT, ESPN, ABC, Spike hehe), I don't think that's what's going to happen.
My guess is that the "rights" to produce and sell AIFA games has been sold for that amount. It's now up to this production company to sell it to the stations. Then the stations to sell the advertising.
Just a guess on my part, but only time will tell.

From their site regarding distribution:
ABOUT US Simply Me Distribution ("SMD"), and their sales and marketing arm, is a multi-platformed distribution company capable of distributing a large variety of entertainment content across the Simply Me owned or operated television stations, as well as distribution of originally produced and acquired programs to internet, satellite, and cable channels, foreign broadcast television, home video markets, digital downloads, and to the mass retail marketplace throughout North America. Additionally, SMD is aggressively developing all forms of digital and physical distribution technologies in order to further enhance the companies 360 degree content distribution platform.
In short, huh?
