I've figured out most of the "owners" but some are still a mystery.

It would good for all of us to identify ourselves in order to be able to deliver the appropriate smack as necessary.

We filled out 12 teams in 2-3 days so i added the full 20 team max. Should make things more interesting.

Yes it will which makes the draft & pre ranking players all the more important. There are a good amount of 2nd & 3rd year players who will play bigger roles as well as this years draft class.

What we could do to make things even more interesting is add individual defensive players rather than each of us have one defensive team. I wonder what everyone else would think of that?

I'm all for individual defensive players. I did that in a league a couple of years ago and it was fun.

Maybe we should make a live draft. People that don't want to attend the online live draft can still auto draft, but those of us that want a live draft will have one.

We can have as many positions as we'd like. I might suggest 3-6 with 3 usually being the norm. The positions are usually DL, LB & DB. We could set it where you could pick one for each position or 3 defensive players overall, at any position. With the latter most people usually pick LB's & DB's only as very few lineman score many points.

Starting
QB- 1
RB- 2
WR- 3
TE- 1
K- 1
D- 3 defensive players, any position

Bench
will have 6 players on your bench. That will cover one of each starting position on your offense plus 1 extra position of your choice. Defensive players will have to be rotated during their respective bye weeks. Might make things more interesting if those players can go unprotected.

That sounds like a good setup. The only problem I see is haveing 3 quality RBs. In another league I'm in you had to play a total of 4 players with rbs and wrs combined so you could play 3wrs and 1rb if you wanted or 2 and 2. This made it easier on the guys that didn't get 2 quality rbs.

Right and with injuries and a lack of depth at that position due to how many teams we are gonna have we can also alter the settings to allow for one of these modifications to add one more offensive position. 1 wr/te or 1 wr/rb? In any league the rb's are usually the favorite position so its ineviatable that we'll run out of quality ones. But wr's & te's could help offset it. Is this global option acceptable to everyone?
