The San Diego Chargers unveiled their "New Look for a New Era" yesterday. The Chargers will have a new look to their uniforms and helmets for the 2007 season. In what seems to be a popular move the Chargers combined all the elements of their past to look towards the future.
If you go to Chargers.com their is a video that last a little over 3 minutes and features LT and Philip Rivers talking about and modeling the 3 new uniform styles the team will be wearing this season.
Being a big fan of the Chargers original powder blue uniforms, I was very excited to see what the team was going to do with their "New Look".
I think they did a nice job of combining all the elements of the Chargers long AFL/NFL history into one sharp looking package.
The Chargers are my 2nd favorite team, closely behind my Idols Mr. Bob Griese and Mr. Don Shula and their Miami Dolphins.
But if the Fish decide to make my worst nightmare come true and draft ND QB Brady Quinn, (I Already have enough trouble with Ricky Williams!) I will be officially be pledging my loyalty to the Bolts!

I like the overall change. It's nice that the powder blue one is prominent. I just wish they'd have kept the player numbers on the shell.

Failed to see the connection. Brady will be a good NFL QB and he won't have any issues with the law and sudden retirement like Ricky. And Brady is already a better QB then Caulpepper who is nothing without Moss.
Anyways, I have lost alot of respect for SD after firing Marty without giving him any time to find a new team. I hope they choke bad this season.

I agree Mike. Marty got a real , but the talent and systems are still there and the Bolts should be just fine. Quinn has the luxury of the typically soft and home game heavy schedule EVERY year. The Irish haven't won a game they shouldn't have won in a LOOOOOOOONG time. And they barely beat Mich. St. and UCLA last year. He also backed out of the combine and instead had his own personal one man show in his backyard in South Bend so he could stand alone in the spotlight in his comfort zone. He's be an average NFL QB at best!
