Since everyone who responded back to my previous email in regards to their best available date and time and suggested Saturday afternoon was best i was thinking Saturday Feb 6th 12pm at the Pike Cafe. For anyone who didnt respond your still more then welcome to attend all i ask is that you get back to me asap so i can make sure they will have ample enough seating for us.

At the meeting i'd like to get a count of who all would like to help at the gameday table as well as possible club events. We are also looking for ideas for fundraisers and for help to run them. Please remember we do these so we can provide our team with extra snacks and refreshments while on roadgames. We like to give our guys the best and most that we can. In addition we can go over any recent league and team news all while enjoying a nice lunch.
Please RSVP ASAP so i can get a headcount to make the proper arrangements.
