I have been with the team longer than anyone and I wasnt even invited to be in the picture. If anyone has a gripe its me.

Scooter, sorry that pic offended you. That was not my intention. That was a players and coaches ONLY pic. If you remember correctly there were about 15-20 EXTRA people in that pic that are behind the scenes (owners, fan club, interns, medical etc) that pic was for the players and coaches only. There are several other pics where I only have you Mitch and Blue in....I hope I didn't offend any of the players and coaches by not including them in those ones. Paul, That's Fine And Dandy. But Why Wasn't There Ever a Complete Pic Ever Posted Or Made Available To Any Of Us. I Have No Problem With You Altering Or Making Custom Pics. But You Could Have (And Should Have) Made Those Available To Those Who Might Have An Interest In It. The Only Pics I've Ever Seen From That Day Were The Ones In Which You Turned Joe And I Into "Stepbrothers", And "Brokeback Mountain" Movie Covers. And Herman Into A Pimp. Also Which I Don't Have A Problem With. I Can Take A Joke With The Best Of Them. But You Know The Value Of A Picture As Much As Anyone Else. How Many Times Did I Take Pre And Post Game Pics Of You And Your Kids And You And Your Wife And Family Pics Over The Years? They Obviously Were Very Important To You And I Was More Than Happy To Oblige. But You Should Have Shown Us The Same Courtesy. I Would Have Really Liked To Been Able To Copy And Print A Team Photo That I Was Asked By Coach Folmar To Be Included In. And Herman Asked Me If I Had Ever Seen Or Got A Copy Of It At The Press Conference Thursday. Do You Have Any Idea How Much That Man Would Have Liked A Copy? Instead, I Had to Tell Him That The Only Pic I've Seen Is The One Which You Portrayed Him As A Purple Pimp. Nice. Next Time, Either Extend A Little Courtesy And Make All The Pics Available To Us, Or Don't Bother To Include Us At All. You Say You Respect Us, But You Sure Have A Funny Way Of Showing It....... |

I am not sure if you have my phone number or email address or not but I know Joe does. All it would have taken would have been a phone call....last season!!! I have not seen you or anyone else for that matter since the Florence game. The team photo and individual pics were my idea. I wanted to do wallpapers for the guys as a thank you for sticking with us throughout the season. So I brought my camera and tripod and took them before the game. I was not paid to do it. I was not asked to do it. I just thought it would be a nice idea. I ran it by Coach Folmar and he agreed. He did not know I was going to make wallpapers or customize them the way I did. I have done several wallpapers for players and coaches but I have not done all of them yet as it takes a considerable amount of time to do them. I agree that a team photo should have been made available to everyone. But that does not fall under the job description of a coach. The fact that there is a picture at all should tell you that I care. I am not a professional photographer but I tried. I have the pic and all you or anyone else had to do was ask me for it. I do appreciate all that you guys have done and I have told you all that on a regular basis. If we would have allowed the DYNAMIC DUO who were in the front office to have their way at the beginning of the season you guys would have never been around. We tried to explain to them how important you all are to the team but they just would not hear it. So we decided to do what was in the best interest of the team and make you guys a part of it. I really do not know what else to say.
Big Don I put you in the picture as well. Why you were not in there to begin with I do not know but you are also a big part of it and should have been in there to begin with. Maybe in the future it will be taken care of by a professional photographer. Just shoot me an email and I will send it to you. Again the team pic that you are referring to was one that I did for PLAYERS and COACHES ONLY and Herman was NOT cropped out of it. I am sorry that pic offended you but it was done for them not anyone else.

how about discount for players when they purchase pictures? to be honest with you I would love to give the pics to the player for free if a team would cover my costs, I make 2.00 on an 8x10 picture. In the 5 years I've done this I've never come close to breaking even I've done it for 2 reason 1 I love the game and 2 to get my name out there just like the players, hoping some team see my work and ask me to do it for them. |
