Reading Eagle
The Reading Express will be honored at the Pennsylvania Capitol in Harrisburg for winning the American Indoor Football Association title.
The Express will tour the capitol and have lunch in the East Wing cafeteria Tuesday, December 15.
In the morning team members will be introduced on the floor of the House of Representatives. In the afternoon the players will be on the Senate floor for a group picture and introductions.
The Express capped a 14-3 season by defeating Wyoming in the AIFA championship game in July to earn the first title in its four-year history.
Several players from the title team have re-signed to play in 2010, most recently former Reading High star Sam Bryant. Bryant, a defensive back, has been with the Express for the past two seasons.
Also recently signing for the 2010 season were defensive lineman Travis Albanesius, wide receiver David Smith, linebacker Matt Millard, offensive lineman Will Keglar and backup quarterback Dan Kelly.

Too bad their research only goes back one week. There are 7 more returners already signed (all prior to 11/9)

At least they received some mention during the off-season which is pretty long.
