Either this NM team is getting worse or the Cavs have turned it up a notch. NM's only score was a fluke bounce off the wall interception returned for 6.

This was a way different New Mexico team that came to Casper than the first time they play here, The cats only had 12 players dressed out and the offence could not move the ball, Cavs defence had 7 picks, New Mexico only score was on defence, had one late on offence but it was called back

Thats not fair to the fans in Wy nor is it fair to the people in NM that are supporting this team. If the league doesn't look into this matter I will be highly disappointed. When the Saints weren't competative last year the league stepped in and began to mold a different story. NM is not dressing the amount of players they need to for a real game and it's not right to the people paying for that ticket. It's not right to the WY players who continuously are playing teams far more inferior than they are.

I agree.... and (not meaning to offend anyone here in the AIFA) I hope the Cavs seriously look at joining the IFL next season. It just doesn't appear that the AIFA is going to put together a quality western conference. Our arch rival of the old days - Billings Outlaws - is leading the IFL with a 9-1 record. There are better quality teams in the IFL (at least within reasonable travel distance of Casper). I do believe that the current Utah Valley team could compete in the IFL as well. That move by Wyoming and maybe UV would leave Ogden and NM out in the cold (and I do feel for their fans), but they just haven't put together the teams necessary for this level of play.
