My wife and I are long-time season ticket holders of the AFL Georgia Force. With our season canceled (and the team likely gone for good), we were looking for a new team to follow during these dark times. After considering the TN Valley Vipers (AF2), we heard about Troy Bergeron and Carlos Martinez joining the Lions.
We took the 130 mile trek down to Columbus for the Baltimore game, and we had a blast. We enjoyed our first visit to Columbus, everyone was nice and friendly. Enjoyed a nice dinner at Countrys BBQ. Coach Gibson, Troy and Carlos all took time to come over and speak to us (we were wearing our Force jerseys).
Went back for the DC game. Was very impressed with the Military Night. It was good as anything I've seen in the AFL. Coach came by and spoke with us again, and introduced us to the owner. A very nice gentleman (I can't recall his name), he seemed very pleased that we drove so far to see his team.
You've won 2 new fans. We'll be back for more!

Gene B. - WELCOME TO THE JUNGLE!! We are excited to have new fans. I am sure you will enjoy being a Lions fan. We have a great team with great leadership. Military Night was awesome, wasn't it? It's my favorite. When 3,000 solider recite the soldier's creed together, it gives me goose bumps. Glad to have you on board. Check out the pregame tailgating. :smileylions:

Greg B I'm pretty sure I saw you guys at the DC game. Who wouldn't recognize the GA Force Blue. Glad to see you aboard. I too was a Force season ticket holder and am just happy the Lions are still around.
