www.scforceindoorfootball.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=45&Itemid=2Force at Reading Express On Saturday March 28, 2009 the South Carolina Force took the field in Reading, Pennsylvania against the Reading Express. The game started off in favor of the Force when Kicker Jad Dean successfully kicked the ball through the up-rights on the kick-off. This gave the Force a 1-0 lead on the Express. Despite many hard fought efforts by members and coaches of the Force, the game slowly slipped away for South Carolina. The Force could not pull out a victory and made the long trip home after the game. This loss places the team at 0-2 on the season and they remain 0-1 in the conference. The Force will return to competition this Saturday in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania taking on the Stampede. The Stampede are 1-1 and will look to compete with the Force this weekend :smileyforce:

With write-ups like that they will stay uncompetative. It just sounds like the person that wrote it is just not into what the Force are doing in Greenville, SC. Gonzo offer some help!
........NM has pretty bad articles also but atleast they sound like they are into their team. Just a note. Diggs lost by 21 and the New Coach/GM lost by 20.
........I guess someone can call that an improvement.

Nothing to do with the writeup, and I know this was changed around after Canton was no more, but still, how do they have a team travel 633 miles (10 hours, one way) only to have to travel 575 miles (9 hours, one way) the following week

That write up does not suprise me. It gets on my nerves. People whine and cry about getting a football team back in greenville, but as soon as we do, there are not many people that will stand behind it.
Maybe the force aren't too good this year. So what, how many teams have you seen that are good the first year. I'm going to stick by them no matter what and i hope that they stay around becasue i love the atmosphere of indoor football and i enjoy keeping up with this league. I think they have a pretty good team, but if they don't start winning some games, they will be out in no time, so i hope they start winning.

I hope the Force stick around which makes me point out their short comings. They fired a great coach after 1 game with virtually no improvement. The people that are in charge of doing their articles should learn how to put some enthusiasm behind it. The NM wildcats have some of the worst articles about their games but atleast they sound like they are behind their team win or lose.
Good luck Force! Hope to see improvements in all areas of the game For the city of Greenville
Mr. Smith stay on them about making the Force experience something that everyone in Greenville should want to see. E-mail, call, hassle them if necessary.

I will support this team no matter what I don't know what it will take for people in Greenville to take notice of this team! I'm all for indoor football and I love the AIFA!
