New Mexico Wildcats went into play the Ogeden Knight at the Golden Spike Arena on March 23rd. They Came away Victorious 42-37. Wildcats Offense Lead by Veteran QB BJ Hall threw 5 tds to Veteran WRs Pullen 2tds, Haliburton 1tds, and Davis 2tds. Oline was a Mix of oldschool Arena football in that Iron Man Style. Cancer Survive and Center Guy Rabich in Pro Debut, Lead the Oline that allowed Hall to throw 5 tds. The Defense Was Amazing Lead by Veteran Dlineman Landrick Brody, with Excellent play from rookies Morrell, Tolsen. Secondary made big plays in the clutch lead Mike Powdrell, Mason, and rookie Clark. Big plays came from Unexpected players Converted WR Coplin came up Big with batted passes one which lead to a INT for Tolsen who returned it for his first Pro TD. Pullen continue his reputation as a KR by having a big return and in typical fashion was not kicked to the rest of the game. Coach Brown recieved his 1st career win as a Head Coach in Pro Debut. Wildcats now prepare for Utah Valley Thunder on the road this week.
