South Carolina Force Holds Last Open Tryouts On Saturday January 10, 2009 the SC Force held their second and final open tryout in search for additional talent. The coaching staff was in search of players to fill their training camp roster. According to Force head coach Anthony Galloway, "There was more overall talent here today than what we had at the first tryout. I was really impressed with the offensive and defensive linemen this time." Quarterback Blake Mitchell was in attendance and participated in some of the drills. "It was good to have Blake out here and develop chemistry with the other potential players," says Galloway. Lineman Amos Lamb, Myqual Spann, and wide receiver Lorenzo Parker were also in attendance. "We believe that we will have a top notch team on both offensive and defensive sides of the ball" says owner/vice president Bob Knowles. The next step for the Force will be to finalize the 2009 roster for training camp. The top performers will be invited to play for the inaugural 2009 SC Force football team in search of an American Indoor Football Association Championship. aiflfans.proboards76.com/index.cgi?board=cf&action=post :smileyforce:
