The Mudcats arrived today in casper and think they have the game already won, we will see how there speed and conditioning hold up in this thin air I hope for a great game on friday and may the best team win. GO CAVS!!!! What have the said or done to give you the impression that they think they have won the game already?

Just the interviews with the local television station here it wasn't all that bad really just the normal bravado I suppose. Two more days can't wait for the game .

GO CAVS!!!! They should be confident. If they didn't expect to win, then they shouldn't have made the trip. And if thin air is the only hope that the Cavs have, then the Mudcats are probably right.

If thin air is your advantage out west then if you guys do win you'll have to deal with the thick, muggy & humid air out here in the east which would be a disadvantage for you.

Depends on which Matt Strand shows up. If it's the one that torches everything in sight, Wyoming will win by 20. If it's the one that invokes those 4-10 and 5-9 seasons the Cavs had mid-decade, Mississippi will travel to Florence.
Either way, this Florence title game should have more fans than last year's. Granted, that means 1,000 people have to show up, but regardless...

That isn't our only thing were counting on thin air it was just a statement and yes we will have to deal with it be humid but I don't know if it would be as much of a disadvantage I know when I moved out here from Chesapeake ,Va it was more of a disadvantage trying to breath here because I run and excerise a lot and when I go home it doesn't bother me all that much but each person is differn't

From a fan aspect, theres not much interest in this years game mostly because had a North Division team been in it we all woulda went down to support the team. If Wyoming makes it i dont see that many Cavs fans flying out to Florence. Maybe Mudcat fans would make the journey if their team is in it. I agree that i dont see many more than 2,000 fans tops. Florence themselves only average about 1,900-2,000 fans per game anyways and they dont have a big fanbase. Maybe the fact that their team is actually in it this year they could draw 2,500. But its a stretch....

Yes your right Gene not to many fans from here will go there we have a few that will but not all that many only because it is so far away the same reason there won't be any mudcats fans here last year they televised the game we played against the Guard maybe it will happen again I doubt it.

It sounds dumb, but Viagra has been shown to really help athletes at high altitudes. Sildenafil (the proper name of the drug) expands the blood vessels. It causes blood vessels in certain tissues, such as the lungs, (and Mr. Happy) to relax. This improves blood flow from the heart and increases oxygen transport to working muscles.
It's just real important for them to stay hydrated at altitude, since it's impossible for their bodies to get truly acclimated to the elevation in a few short days.
