Rattlers lost... Raiders have like a million penalties on them... God love the "illegal defense". Why call it on some plays but not on others where they are lined up the same way? Interesting. Refs can answer, they told the guys they read the boards.

LOL, as Joe and i said. League ownership, coaches, owners, players, media and other personnel do peruse these boards. Not sure whats going on with the illegal defense, atleast till i see a game for myself.

Theres more to an illegal defense than lining up wrong. The linebackers could be in forward motion at the snap of the ball, they could be outside the tackle box or deeper than the 6 yards allowed, or blitzing around the DE to the outside. I didnt see the game but it could be any number of things.

Yeah, illegal defense is a little more strict than in the CIFL, where defense is valued.

Watch one of the AFL games on ESPN Monday night and see what the two LBs do. That's as good a gauge as any as to what's allowed in the AIFL.
