Legends Over Heroes

In what turned out to be a tell of 2 halfs the Legends had a great 1st half taking a 35- 17 lead into half time, but second half was a different story after getting a Uno to start the second half the legends didn't score again till 4.9 seconds in the game to pull a come from behind win 43-39. The game winning catch by Kevin Mason was on a deflected pass in the endzone.

It wasn't pretty, but it was definitely a fun game and a nice end to a messy season.

A couple of notes:

I came with two first-time fans. They both seemed to enjoy the game, enough to be clapping with everyone else by the end, and hopefully they'll be bext year.

Also, I noticed that the team was announcing that season tickets are on sale for 2009. This is a good sign, but are we certain they'll be coming back? At any rate, they need to get some marketing done - both through paid media and free media (newspapers, talk radio, tv news, etc.). The Legends still have so much potential and I definitely think they could be selling out every game.
