Canton gains their 2nd win of the season 59-56 in a penalty filled game. I have never seen so many personal foul calls called in a game with 2 player being thrown out of the game. I bet there was over 10 personal fouls called on Baltimore during the game, but I'll let the Man go into more details. I just gald for the win The Mariners had 19 penalties for 242 yards. Just to put that in perspective, they had 242 yards passing for the game. It would have been much worse had it not been for "half the distance" penalties. I thought the Heroes were bad at crying. :smileymariners: =

Not that it would have mattered, since I read that there were only about 500 people in attendance, but I was really trying to get to a Legends game this season despite the poor record. Especially since Bobby came back, as I haven't talked to him since last season's Erie game early in the year.
I'm not saying it is hurting Legends' attendance that much 'cause there was never a huge following for this team, and there is no blame to go around because you can't reasonably expect the league to schedule around stuff like this, but I haven't been able to get to a Legends game because it seems like every time they are at home, the Cleveland Gladiators are too.
And fans come from as far south as Minerva (at least) to go to Gladiators games in Cleveland... driving right past an indoor football team right in their own backyard, BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO IDEA IT EXISTS, EVEN AFTER FOUR SEASONS!
Good luck Canton, I hope you're able to keep indoor football, in one league or another, after this year.
