The New Mexico Wildcats Professional Football Club lost in a shoot-out at the Arizona Adrenaline on Saturday night by a final score of 79-43. The game was actually much closer than the score might indicate with the two teams battling in the second quarter to a 28-21 Arizona lead and during the middle of the 3rd quarter the "Cats" were still hanging in there with Arizona leading 50-35. Arizona ended up pulling away in the 4th quarter, but the Wildcats fought hard and never gave up. The Wildcats are now 1-2 and travel to Casper, Wyoming to take on the division leading powerhouse, Wyoming Cavalry (3-0) on Sunday night. Don't forget the 2008 inaugural home opener, which is now just a week and a half away on April 26, 2008 at 7:05 P.M. at the Santa Ana Star Center in Rio Rancho.

They updated their site from this past weekends games and thought it might be worthy of some attention. I know it's 3 days late but I appreciate them updating it as I was running out of things to say in e-mail!
..........How will their fans ever know? Even the paper didn't follow up with a report after what i thought was a great report before the game.
