Adrenaline name head coach 12/03/07 - American Indoor Football Association (AIFA) Arizona Adrenaline PRESCOTT VALLEY, ARIZ. (Dec. 4, 2007) -- After playing professional football for 11 years and coaching five more, Andrew Moore has become the first head coach in Arizona Adrenaline history. The Adrenaline, based in Prescott Valley, Ariz., made the announcement of Moore official on Tuesday as they get set to embark on their first season in the 16-team American Indoor Football Association. "I'm so excited about this thing that I can't sleep at night," said the 35-year-old Moore, who played on the offensive line for the Jacksonville Jaguars and San Francisco 49ers in the mid-1990s after playing at Sonoma State University in northern California. "We have great ownership that cares about its players, coaches and community more than any that I've worked for." After short stints with the Jaguars and 49ers, Moore was allocated to NFL Europe and later played in the Arena Football league with the San Jose SaberCats and New England Sea Wolves, then played four seasons in the Canadian Football League with the Saskatchewan Roughriders, Toronto Argonauts and Calgary Stampeders. His coaching stops have included working in the Regional Football League, Southwest Football League, National Indoor Football League and AFL2 in addition to coaching an NFL strength and conditioning program with former San Diego Chargers head coach and General Manager Harland Svare. "His vast football experience, both as a player and coach, is what we liked about Drew the most," Adrenaline General Manager Jim Shipp said of Moore. "He may not have coached 10 or 20 years of arena football, but having been a former player himself he understands players and has a great understanding of offensive and defensive schemes. We feel like he can do big things here." The Adrenaline will play a 14-game schedule, with seven home games slated for Tim's Toyota Center in Prescott Valley. Season tickets are now on sale and available to the public by calling Get Tix at 866-443-8849, or online by going to www.GetTix.net.

That franchise is going to be rock solid. The Calvary shouldn't be over-confident.

I agree about the Cavalry being over confident. They played alot of lame ducks in the NIFL and the teams are better in the AIFA.
Glad to see Arizona is coming together. The west could be a tough little division.

i played last year for wyoming and wouldnt say that we are over confident. we had alot of vets last year that are coming back and looking foward to playing good competitive teams with stable ownership. our attitude as a team is to try to be the best, if not become the best. last year the league wasnt put together well enough to give teams such as san diego, fayetteville, or ourselves that challenge we as good teams wanted to face, therefore score were out of control. and we(winning teams) looked over confident and cocky but from knowing and playing with alot of the players on these teams that wasnt the case at all. We are very excited to be able to play teams with players of the same caliber of teams such as ourselves and other successful franchises.

Experience with this team will prevail.. They are very dedicated to what they do and I don't think overconfidence will even play a part. The Adrenaline are still gonna have to play catch up for a while. Thanks JJ for the info and glad to have the Spiderman back!!!
Peace Rich

He made claims he played for two pro teams but yet his name is no where to be found. hmmmmmmmmmm

they better bring in some bigger names with those ticket prices as high as they are. breaking it down from their season tix prices (which they say are discounted 10% over single-game tix) a walkup ticket to an adrenaline game will range from $17.50 (endzone) to $45 (front row)
and i thought $25 was too much to spend for gridiron circle in erie. someone tap these guys on the shoulder for me and remind them that this ain't the afl. (in fact, there are two levels of tickets that i can get for cleveland's afl team that are cheaper than the adrenaline's cheapest ticket.)

Looks like the stands will have 30-40 fans all wearing ties trying to impress their corporate customers.

Keep in mind these prices are in line with the local AZ Sundog Hockey team, members of the CHL playing at Tim's Toyota Center. There season tix have 32 games. Adrenaline games have only 7 games much more affordable for the season.
Also, 20%, 1000 seats in the arena are under $16, 50% are under $24. Also as I hear it, the fastest selling tickets are the front row, which are the most expensive. Prices seem to be in line for the market and the quality of the arena, state of the art 1 yr old and the premiere venue in all of northern AZ.
Concert tickets here, ie Blue man group $60-90, and Alan Jackson $45-100. Also the Rattlers (AFL) in PHX are +/- double the price. All pricing is based on the local market.

You really need to do your research first. Sundogs tickets (season) for the least expensive sections run approx. $11.20 per game (32 game season) The best seats in the house run approx. $23.10 per game (32 game season) Walk up tickets for the least expensive section run $13.00 The Adrenaline charge $17.50 - $45.00 per game and this excludes the ticket fee charged by get-tix. Season tickets range from $110.25 - $283.50 (get tix order fee not included in these prices) So....upon breaking out my calculator, the cost of cheap seats are $15.77 - $40.50 per game if you buy the season ticket package. Now...add the tix fee. What you are failing to see is that the Sundogs are a winning team....and the Adrenaline have yet to even put a team together. Now you tell us, how do you view the ticket prices being in line with the Sundogs??
