If your fan section uses "Dawg Pound", then I'll call Nah... that is a stupid name.

Seeing as the two finalist names are not being favored too much, I wonder what the odds are of the league owners opening the name submission portion of the voting back up? I think they should post a list of the submissions they received thus far and let us vote from those.
Anyone else feeling me on this?

You can't have a name contest and then put two names up. That makes no sense. This whole "name the team" contest is a joke. It's more like a case of "I'm thinking of a number from 1 to 10, try and guess what number I am thinking" and then offering up two possible numbers. Re-feakin-diculous. As for the names coming out this forum, HA (I laugh in your general direction) HA. I don't want this bunch naming a Baltimore team.

Calm down Kev. I have a feeling that the names proposed in this thread are probably meant to be cheap shots at Baltimore and do not reflect legitimate entries into the name candidacy.

So take cheap shots at their team. I mean, there are plenty of teams for slamming. Look at Erie for example... I mean... wow, they stink! ;D

Technically, Baltimore played one less game. WOOHOO!
BTW... are you actually getting worked up over my little comment? You should be worrying about the upcoming NFL season... being a Browns fan, you might want to store up your tears. I don't want you getting dehydrated so early.

The Steamer is a live crab in execution.
Mariners play baseball. And write checks. And own a crappy arena.
I like the Baltimore Busters - it's a male crab in, um, it's prime. Google it out!!!
