The experience has benefited me both, on and off of the field. The wisdom and knowledge earned motivates me to live vicariously through future athletes. In addition to strategizing, I plan to utilize tools such as: positive praise, nutrition, education, excellent communication, organizational skills, competent leadership, objectivity, determination, self-discipline and faith in order to collaboratively build a winning team."
